Advice to the young: You don’t have to listen to anybody. You can learn everything from your own personal experience. Of course, you will be at least 50 years old by the time you know what you need to know at 25.

"If you're going to pick 3 cards in the hand you're dealt, take intelligence, drive, and most importantly, emotional self-discipline." -

Don't be impressed by money, followers, degrees, and titles. Be impressed by kindness, integrity, humility, and generosity.

One of the signs of intelligence is to be able to accept the facts without being offended.

• Study hard. • What others think of you is none of your business. • It's OK not to have all the answers. • Experiment, Fail, Learn and Repeat. • Knowledge comes from experience. • Imagination is important. • Do what interests you the most. • Stay curious.

-People who read news have more distorted view of political opponents -Politically Disengaged 3X more accurate in guessing how political opponents think compared w/extremists -For Democrats, more education associated w/worse understanding of Republicans
