Today's college graduates

As a professor of 30 years, I concur with . I sat in a meeting where professors were stating that post-COVID, it was too traumatic to have students sit still for an entire lecture; it was too anxiety-inducing for them to take exams; it was too challenging for them to take lecture notes. This is not the way to train students. Infinite coddling is never the way. Students must be taught to be anti-fragile, intrinsically motivated, intellectual curious, committed to critical thinking, etc.
